Your plan and payments

If you’re the business’s owner, you can manage billing from the Billing page in Ernie:

  • Change plan moves you to a different plan.
  • Manage billing lets you update your card, see your invoices and receipts, and cancel your plan.

Refunds

You can cancel at any time, and Ernie keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund the unused part of a month or year, except where the law requires it. Our terms have the details.
