Yes. Freshnest brings all its own equipment and products, so you don’t need to supply anything.
Do you clean on Saturdays?
Yes. Freshnest cleans Monday to Saturday, from 7 am to 5 pm.
How much is a fortnightly clean?

Can Ernie take bookings?
Ernie doesn’t put cleans in your calendar. It takes the details and sends them to you, so you confirm the time and price yourself.
Can Ernie ask how many bedrooms there are?
Yes. You choose the questions Ernie asks before it sends you an enquiry, so you get what you need to quote.
Will Ernie tell people my prices?
Only the prices on your website. If your website doesn’t list one, Ernie says so and offers to send you their details for a quote.
What if Ernie gets something wrong?
Ernie answers only from your website. When your website doesn’t say, Ernie tells the visitor and gives your phone number, email or contact page. It can still get things wrong: in our September testing, 5 of 96 answers had a mistake. The chat tells visitors it can make mistakes, and nothing reaches you until they’ve checked the details and pressed Send. If an answer’s off, fix the page on your website and press Sync now.
Do I need a web developer?
No. If you can paste one line into your website, you can add Ernie. There are step-by-step guides for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Weebly / Square Online, Webflow and Framer, and one for everything else. Or email the instructions to whoever looks after your website, straight from the app.
